Shipping and Returns
Withdrawal of Purchase due to Dissatisfaction: If you made the purchase through our store, received the product in perfect condition and still are not happy with the purchase, you can request the cancellation of the purchase through our Call Center. But be aware of the rules below.
Deadline for purchase resistance: customers who make purchases through virtual stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register purchase resistance.
The wish to cancel must be immediately communicated to us, following the following rules:
Merchandise Return:- Merchandise must be returned via post office (USPS) with postage paid by the customer, to the address shown on the “INVOICE” of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and original “TAG” MARIA FLOR.
- The product must not show any signs of use.
ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return and will be automatically sent back to the address of origin. Under these conditions, we reserve the right to make a new freight charge.
Return of Values:- Credit card: The reversal may occur within 5 to 7 subsequent business days.
- There will be no refund of the freight amount (depending on prior negotiation between us and the customer).
ATTENTION: The refund of amounts will be processed only after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product(s) in our stock. (The product cannot bring any influence of use).
NOTE: Any intention to cancel must be communicated to us before sending the product(s). Otherwise applications will not be accepted. You have up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to request the exchange or return of a product in our store.
