3. Exchange Value
Items may be exchanged for:

an item of greater value, with payment of the price difference.
If preferred, approved exchanges may also be issued as store credit for future purchases.
4. Refunds

Approved requests will be handled exclusively through:

5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery.
6. Online Orders
For purchases made through our website, exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Maria Flor Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.
